Tim is a career-long sustainability professional with fifteen years’ experience working for corporate, industrial, government and not-for-profit organisations in multiple sectors, including a decade in major infrastructure. He currently leads Port of Melbourne’s Sustainability function.
His career has given him the breadth and depth of experience required to tackle sustainability challenges from top to bottom: from big-picture strategy, planning and implementation, working with the right people for each aspect, down to detailed technical data analysis to support decision-making.
Blair currently serves as the National HSE Manager for JENNMAR/JENNCHEM Australia. In this role, he is responsible for reviewing the established Safety, Health, Environment Management System (SHEMS) and developing robust, streamlined safety initiatives across the country.
As the single point of accountability for all health, safety, and environmental issues within the organisation, he is committed to delivering improvement strategies and making sure that key deliverables are met.
Gigi is the Head of Environment and Sustainability at Melbourne Airport, bringing over 13 years of experience in the aviation industry.
Previously, Gigi had experience on major infrastructure projects for Melbourne Water, Victoria’s Big Build, and Transport for NSW rail improvement initiatives. Gigi has led a global aviation fuel operation to carbon neutrality, showcasing expertise in airport fuelling infrastructure and operations including vehicle electrification, start stop technology and Sustainable Aviation Fuel. She is passionate leader an unwavering commitment to fostering positive environmental and social outcomes, and advocates for the integration of ESG principles as an indispensable element of modern business strategy.
