He is also the founder of ADAM AI Solution for digital safety and sustainability and a Registered Greenhouse and Energy Auditor under NGER legislation.

With over 25 years of experience in environmental management and sustainability, Laura specialises in climate change risk assessments and resilience planning as Chair of GHD’s APAC Climate Risk Taskforce. She has led more than 60 studies and holds credentials as an ISO 14001 EMS Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional.
 

As Head of Strategy, Policy & Social Value, Annabel is building Synergy’s response to emerging climate risk reporting requirements. Annabel is an experienced advisor to government and industry and has been at the forefront of the energy transition in WA through roles at Western Power, Department of the Premier and Cabinet, and Principal Advisor to then-Energy Minister Bill Johnston MLA.
 

Lucile Bourguet, FMG

Lucile brings 20 years’ of global experience in industry decarbonisation; operations in power utilities; renewable energy project development, engineering, procurement, and construction; original equipment manufacturing; inclusion and diversity. Since 2022, Lucile has authored Fortescue's climate transition plan and has influenced business decisions to align with a 1.5°C world through data-informed advice and the latest climate science.

Paula is an experienced sustainability professional responsible for developing & implementing the ESG strategy at G’Day Group - supporting the business to assess & respond to material issues, trends & compliance obligations she facilitates the integration of sustainability & environmental initiatives into operational BaU. Paula is also passionate about supporting, & empowering others, to create a more inclusive & resilient future for all.

Nadine is an active science professional with a broad range of expertise in integrated water management, strategic planning and implementation, risk assessment and managing stakeholder relationships. Nadine is the Program Director Environmental, Social and Governance at Water Corporation, overseeing the delivery of a suite of projects and intuitional change activities to support corporate strategic sustainability goals, including climate risk disclosure.
